Strength and conditioning is a vital part of squash, a sport widely recognised to push the boundaries of physical fitness.

We are very fortunate to have Rob Norman leading our S & C programme. Rob's impressive CV has included working with professional sportsmen and sportswomen in rugby, tennis, swimming and squash as well as working with the England Institute of Sport (EIS). He is currently lead S & C coach for UK swimming in the North of England.

S & C sessions are every Wednesday at 5.30-6.30pm during term time.
