Areas of Movement

1. Hold

This lesson works on developing hold and the key practices required to improve it. Explaining it to your pupils

2. Dying Lengths

This lesson focuses on understanding the concept, how to use targets & when to (& not to) use dying lengths 

3. Footwork in back corners

This lesson is going to help your players piece together parts of the jigsaw. This is a technical look at movement in the back.

4. Winning at the back

Encourage your juniors to 'play with purpose'. Why are they trying to win the length battle?

5. Using height at the back

This lesson gets across the importance of mixing the heights on the front wall and, crucially, when to use them.

6. Match Focus

This lesson focuses on the mentality of the modern player. Pro-active yet willing to find the balance between defence and attack.
