An introduction
This 6 week course is a progression from part 1 in that it goes into more depth with more niche subjects. Although it is up to the coach's discretion, I advise coaches to separate the courses to allow for growth in other areas. After all, squash is a game about finding balance over a number of different areas.

WorkshopBelow is a downloadable PDF containing a workshop that you can run with your pupils on having a pro-active mindset. It allies with the whole course but particularly with the final lesson of the course.
We've made these sessions fun and engaging. It's also possible to run them as Zoom classes (or equivalent). |
