These squash-specific fitness classes are motivating, positive and hard work!!

Squash is an intense sport that requires control of your heart-rate whilst performing at high skill levels. Interval training has historically been the essential component of squash fitness and still remains a high priority. However, improved strength and conditioning knowledge has impacted both the professional and amateur games, meaning that we can train more sustainably with an increased preference for mobility & strength whilst including methods of reducing impact on joints.

These classes focus on:
  • 'prehab' strength exercises
  • mobility-based warm ups
  • mixed interval circuits
  • flexibility
